    The tutorial focuses on identifying main features of the graph, it shows you how to make relevant comparison.

    2. What does the graph look at?
    The graph looks at the satisfaction levels of university language courses in the UK in 2009.

    3. How long should be the essay describing the graph?
    The essay describing the graph should have at least 150 words.

    4. There are too many graphs in this chart. What could be done to solve this problem?
    If it is too much data, you must select the most significant points.

    3 out of the 7 language courses had the highest percentage of “very satisfied”, namely German, Italian and Dutch.

    6. What information in the graph is significant?
    Most significantly, very few people (only about 3%) were “very satisfied” with the French language course.

    7. What can you say about the % of students who were dissatisfied with the course?
    It is significant that about 65% of students were “somewhat dissatisfied” with the French language course. This level is far higher than any of the other language courses.
    The percentage of students who were “very dissatisfied” with their language courses was very low (typically 3%), except for the French language course where more than 12% were “very dissatisfied”.

    The graph looks at the satisfaction level of university language courses in the UK in 2009.
    3. How long should be the essay describing the graph?
    The essay should be describing the graph in less than 28 bars.

  4. 1.This tutorial helps us to understand how to analyze a graph, focusing on identifying its main features and shows us how to make a relevant comparison.

    2.The graph in this video shows the satisfaction levels (in %) of students studying seven languages in an English university in 2009. Students could choose one of the 4 options: very satisfied, satisfied, somewhat dissatisfied and very dissatisfied.

    3.The essay describing the graph should not be shorter than 150 words.

    4.In order to solve this problem we should identify the most significant information from all the data in the graph.

    5.From 56% to 67% of student studying at German, Italian and Dutch courses said they are very satisfied, so 3 out of the 7 language courses recorded the highest level of satisfaction.

    6.The most significant in this graph is that only 3% of the students were very satisfied with the French language course.
